The planning tool stays on your device

The planning form on the contact page uses JavaScript to assemble plain text in your browser. It has no message-submission endpoint. Its fields are not sent to us by the tool, and the supplied script does not save them in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage.

If you select “Copy note,” your browser may place the text on your system clipboard. If you select “Download .txt,” a text file is created for your device. Your operating system, clipboard manager, browser restoration features or cloud backup settings may retain these copies. You control whether to share the result.

If you email us

Sending an email to [email protected] shares your email address, the message content and any attachments through your chosen email service and the receiving service. Information may be used to address your enquiry, investigate a correction or handle a privacy request.

Send only what is necessary. Do not include sensitive personal information, private boundary records or identifying details about neighbors. The planning form is not an email service and does not create an obligation to provide individualized advice.

Technical requests and service providers

Visiting a website necessarily sends technical information, including an IP address and browser request data, to the server delivering it. Hosting or security providers may process access logs for delivery, reliability and abuse prevention. This static page does not specify a hosting provider or its log-retention period, and it does not promise that server logs are absent.

The supplied site code contains no analytics service, advertising tracker, embedded social feed or third-party font request. Photographs are referenced as local files. A deployment-level service may have separate technical behavior; ask us if you need clarification about the live site.

Links to other websites

External references take you to independent websites. Their privacy policies apply once you visit them. An email link opens your configured email application. We do not control those services or their retention practices.

Your choices and requests

You can browse without using the planning tool or sending an email. Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information, object to certain processing, or complain to a data-protection authority.

For a request concerning information you have sent us, contact [email protected]. Explain the request without sending unnecessary identification. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing information. Retention depends on the enquiry, any continuing need and applicable legal obligations; no universal retention period is represented here.
